ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
General
Your use of this website, and the Online Ordering service (i.e. the purchase by you of products and services from Paradise Group Hong Kong), is governed by these Terms of Use. Further, all information submitted to or received through this website will be treated in accordance with these Terms of Use. By using this website, and submitting any online order, you signify your consent to these Terms of Use.
This website is directed solely at persons accessing the website from the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong.
Eligibility and Registration
You must be aged twelve (12) years or older to use our Online Ordering service. If you are between the age of 12 and 18 years old or not capable of assuming legal responsibility, you should seek advice from your parents or guardians as to the meaning and consequences of these Terms of Use before using any of the services offered by Paradise Dynasty Hong Kong. By registering for this service, you represent and warrant that you are aged 12 years or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Use. You should provide true, accurate and complete registration information. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a password and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your login name (your email address) and for keeping your password secure.
You shall be responsible for updating your registration information.
Paradise Dynasty Hong Kong has the absolute discretion to refuse the registration of a potential customer, or to terminate the registration of any customer, for any reason whatsoever.
Online Ordering
You will be liable for every order made under your login name and agree to indemnify Paradise Group Hong Kong for all claims arising from the actions of a person submitting an order using your login name (including the unauthorised use of your email address by a third party).
Paradise Group Hong Kong reserves the right to decline any order it may, in its opinion, consider unreliable having checked the user's history or the payment details submitted for that particular order.

Menu valid for delivery and takeaway only. Paradise Dynasty Hong Kong shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products contained in the website are correct but Paradise Group Hong Kong reserves the right to vary the price and other product details without notice.

Halal meal or veganism is not served in Paradise Group Hong Kong. Items supplied in Paradise Group Hong Kong where crustacean, egg, fish, peanut, milk and nut products are also provided. Paradise Group Hong Kong reserves the right of final determination over utilization of offers.
Paradise Group Hong Kong is unable to guarantee that any item sold or supplied is free from ingredients derived from animals, nuts or other allergens. There is always a risk that such ingredients, or traces of them, may be transferred to items during processing, storage or preparation. Although Paradise Group Hong Kong makes every effort to satisfy the special dietary requirements of its customers, it is unable to guarantee that such requirements can be met.
Deliveries
We shall use our best efforts to fulfill orders submitted through the Online Ordering service, but Paradise Group Hong Kong shall not be liable to any person if Paradise Dynasty Hong Kong shall decline to fulfill an order for whatever reason, or if Paradise Group Hong Kong is unable to supply some or all of an order because of an unforeseen change to the products or because a product or an ingredient is unavailable.
Paradise Group Hong Kong will only affect deliveries to addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories and some designated areas as the website may specify from time to time. Additional charges may be levied on deliveries to addresses located (refer to the website for further details). Paradise Group Hong Kong makes no representation that deliveries to all locations with the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong are available.
Delivery will be suspended when a black rainstorm or typhoon signal No.8 or higher is hoisted.
All orders shall be deemed completed once the order has been delivered and duly paid for.
Payment
Payment for products ordered through the Online Ordering service can be made by Online Payment only. Paradise Group Hong Kong may change at any time the method by which payments for online orders may be made and a notice to this effect will be placed on the website.
You must ensure that a person aged 12 years or older is present at the time of delivery at your address to receive and (if payment for the order is to be made on delivery) pay for the order. If no such person is present, Paradise Group Hong Kong shall attempt to make the delivery at another time but reserves the right to charge an extra delivery fee.
Online Payment
Your order cannot be revised or cancelled after completion of your Online Payment. For all payment enquiries, please contact your credit card issuing bank.
As stated in the ‘Payment’ section above, Online Payment is only one of the permitted methods of payment. You can also choose to pay for your order on delivery by cash.
Use of the website
You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions by you, including the content of your transmissions through the Online Ordering service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:
Create a false or misleading identity of a user of the Online Ordering service.
Interfere with another user's use and enjoyment of the Online Ordering service.
Use the Online Ordering service in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or our services.

Paradise Group Hong Kong will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by you in browsing the mobile ordering service, which may include, but is not limited to, a data usage fee levied by your mobile service provider.
